Wedding Photography Questions

How do we book?

If I’m available I require a £200 deposit to secure your date.

Your balance, minus the deposit is required two weeks before your wedding date.

I accept bank transfer, cheque, and cash.

Do we get every photograph?

Not every photograph will make the final edit.

I overshoot to help eliminate weird expressions, blinkies, and other misfortunate images.

How long are you with us on the day?

Depending on which package you choose will depend on how long I stay.

I can also quote for shorter or longer coverage times.

How many photographs do you take?

Every wedding is different.

An average size wedding from prep to reception wedding is around 500.

Can we print our images from our USB drive?

Yes, you can.

Do you do black & whites photographs?

Every photograph that you receive will have both a colour and black & white version.

I learned my craft with black and white film, so I still like to offer this look.

How will we get our photographs & how long will it take?

Depends on what you are looking for.

All packages come with an online gallery and USB drive.

Albums, prints, and photo boxes are also options.

Images will be ready online no later than 28 days after the wedding.

Are you insured?

My equipment is insured and I also have public liability insurance.

Some venues insist on the latter.

Do you travel for your wedding?

I have photographed weddings all over the UK and abroad. Travel expenses are covered for

Do you bring spare equipment?

Yes, I bring two cameras that I shoot with as well as another spare just in case.

I also have spare lenses and lighting, so no worries there.

Have you photographed a wedding at our location before?

I always try to scout a location before the wedding day if possible.

If that isn’t possible I do take pride in thinking on my feet.

Where are you based?

Clydebank.

It’s part of Greater Glasgow and only 20 mins away from Loch Lomond and Glasgow airport.

How long have you been a professional?

I have been a pro photographer for 15 years.

Very fortunate to work in a job that I love.
