Are you booked into Glasgow’s Trade Hall for your wedding day and looking for a photographer? BK photography’s images are natural and creative. Please stay and have a look.
Trades Hall in the heart of Glasgow is a popular venue for weddings. First of all the building is over two hundred years old. It’s often referred to as Glasgow’s hidden gem due to its deceptive appearance from the street. I’ve had the pleasure to photograph a number of weddings over the years.
The wedding of Caroline and Gerry started earlier in the day, getting ready at home. The ceremony took place in the epic surroundings of the University of Glasgow. After the ceremony, it was time to have a walk around the grounds of the university. After capturing some fun and creative portraits, we moved onto the Trades Hall. Just a short distance away.
When we arrived at Trades Hall, which was beautifully decorated in the wedding colours, it was time to start the speeches. I especially enjoyed the heartfelt words and of course the funny jokes. Capturing the reactions on everyone’s face is an added bonus. After the speeches and the meal, it was time to dance. The first dance went without a hitch. Due to the intricately designed ceiling, it adds something special to the photographs taken in the main hall. Therefore making my job so much easier. Hence, it’s a joy to work with. Seems like you cannot help but be inspired by such a wonderful building.
